Cemetery Application CHallenged
Cemetery approval required rezoning of the property. Members of the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro go before the Rutherford County Board of Zoning Appeals seeking a special exception to the current zoning for the cemetery.
After a lenghthy hearing, the county BZA asked that the ICM provide information about the construction of a turning lane on Bradyville Pike onto Veals Road, and soil samples and soil impact study from the ICM site. ICM was given a month to provide the information.
